DC Jersey Foul - Extreme!
If you can't see it because my posting skills are lacking...it reads "XTREMIST". Only in DC. The Red Jnco Jean pants complete the outfit though. Nice touch.

I see that guy ALL THE TIME at practice. Think he goes every day, stands at the gates to the media area every single time. Wearing the same thing every time I see him too (i.e., that).
