I'm not going to say I told you so buttttttttttttttt...Hartsburgh is Fired
Well, it's happened. Craig Hartsburg has been fired from his post in Ottawa after that 7-4 shellacking at the hands of Alex Ovechkin.
I'm not sure what Mr. Melnyk expected when he hired a career sub .500 coach to helm the bench. My guess is that it wasn't a 3rd to last place spot in the League. But here now we learn that they are simply bringing up another guy from their organization, Cory Clouston, who apparently has the same "style" (losing?) as Hartsburgh.
Now when exactly does that twat Murray be held responsible for his personnel moves, both on and off the ice. If I'm an Ottawa fan, I want Melnyk to blow up the front office, not the team on the ice. Any team with Spezza, Heatley, and Alfredsson has a chance, right?
