Goat of the Week: The Roy Family
A little background...During March of 2008, Roy, the goalie for the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL, left his crease, skated down the entire length of the ice, and pounded opposing Chicoutimi Sangueneens goalie Bobby Nadeau, who idly stood by in his own crease. Video.
Ugly. His Assault trial will be held July 13th and 14th, if convicted he could face up to 6 months in jail and a $2,000 fine.
I suppose this behavior shouldn't really surprise anyone, especially seeing how his brother, Frederick, was suspended 15 games for this cross check to the head.
And of course, this crazy asshole.
